Users agree not to use the service for spam, illegal activities, or to violate third-party (e.g., Meta) policies.

4. Service Availability

We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee the platform will be error-free or always available.

5. Payments and Subscription

Pricing and billing terms are agreed upon separately with each customer.

6. Limitation of Liability

Instant X and IDS are not liable for loss of data, business interruption, or indirect damages.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or laws.
